AET are proud to supply the all new Biax oil free grinder. With the new oil-free T 3-90 S, BIAX is setting new standards in terms of precision, working comfort and machining results.

Achieve excellent surface results with the finest deburring and grinding work at 90,000 rpm. Experience grinding with incredibly low effort – the slim, graceful device with a diameter of just 22 mm sits very comfortably in the hand and runs extremely smoothly and quietly.

The spindle is completely decoupled from the housing and equipped with a paired floating bearing at the front – this prevents vibrations from occurring in the first place and ensures maximum precision during grinding, while at the same time guaranteeing excellent wear resistance. A run-out brake provides additional safety when switching off. Variable air consumption for reduced energy costs: the air consumption is automatically decreased with a reduced load.

BIAX is a trademark of Schmid & Wezel, a Swabian family company founded in 1919. They have always developed and produced high-precision and high quality pneumatic and electric tools. All of their machines are manufactured in Germany and Switzerland and are tailored to the needs of the metalworking industry. Their wide range of hand-held air grinders offers the perfect solution for almost any deburring or grinding task. They offer a wide range of stationary pneumatic spindles with and without deflection for automated processing with robots or CNC machines. The BIAX range is rounded off by their other products such as pneumatic filers, saws, chisels, drills, electric scrapers, machines with flexible shafts and carbide tools – all proudly supplied by Aersoapce and Engineering Tools Ltd. BOELUBE LIQUIDS 70104 / 70106 / 70090

Boelube 70104 / 70106 / 70090 are a series of proprietary liquid lubricants developed through Boeing manufacturing operations and lubricant experience.

In the near dry machining process, Boelube Liquid can be delivered as fine droplets or spray through one or more nozzles positioned accordingly around the cutting tool. Delivering the Boelube liquid as fine droplets to the cutting edge is necessary in order to reduce friction between the chip, tool, and workpiece, and prevent chips from adhering to the tool cutting edge. The near dry machining processes using Boelube requires continual reapplication of lubricant to the tool cutting edge and wear surfaces. This can be accomplished externally on shallow drilling, reaming and tapping operations, on milling cutters, and on band and circular saws. Using a coaxial supply of compressed air and lubricant to the nozzle, the nozzle directs Boelube lubricant droplets in the compressed air directly to the cutting edge. The compressed air will help move chips from the tool cutting edge as the fine lubricant droplets form a thin film at the point of contact to reduce friction.Boelube does not contain Silicone, Sulfur, Halogens (such as Chlorine), Phosphorus, Paraffin Wax, or Petroleum.Boelube is recommended for use with machining Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Fiber Composites (CFRP), Honeycomb, Kevlar, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials.

BOELUBE® lubricants are extensively used in the operation of portable positive feed

BOELUBE® lubricants can also be delivered continually through tools with internal channels directly to the cutting edge in drilling, reaming, tapping, and milling applications.

World's first nibbler for cutting fiber composite materials

TRUMPF has developed a nibbler that is the first of its kind worldwide, capable of separating various fiber composite materials up to 2,5 mm thickness. The TRUMPF Nibbler: TruTool FCN 250 is suitable for any sector that uses fiber composite materials to manufacture pioneering lightweight components. Accuracy and clean cutting edges pose real challenges when it comes to the manual cutting of fiber composite materials. Fraying and delamination frequently occur. During the separation of the material smoke and harmful dust can form. With the fiber composite nibbler these difficulties are a matter of the past.
