Refund Policy
Aerospace & Engineering Tools Ltd hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from Aerospace & Engineering Tools Ltd, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
Upon acceptance of your order you may cancel at any time between placing your order and up to seven days after receipt of the goods.
Cancellations must be made by email. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number for tracking purposes.
Once you have cancelled the order you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense to the address given to you on the Returns Authorisation Form. We would advise a recorded delivery for small items, and an insured delivery for larger items, and of more value.
The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date.
All goods sold via the internet are sold in accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.
