Hand tool assemblies for the installation of Hi-Lok & Hi-Light fasteners. Units include "T" handle allen wrench. Entire assembly interchangeable with Hi-Shear assemblies. ATHA23 to ATHA36 are for large size collars (3 components). All components may be ordered separately.
